MISSION
Our mission is to provide a place for people with any disability to come for encouragement, support, camaraderie and community.
To provide online disability exercise programs that motivate people with disabilities to be all they can be. An educational adaptive physical fitness program that teaches people how to overcome physical disabilities by gaining strength, confidence and the ability to become more self-sufficient, independent and to become contributing members of society.
OUR
TRAINER
James Jones, a dedicated personal trainer and stroke survivor, spent 225 days in the hospital and two years in a wheelchair.
He overcame tremendous challenges to regain mobility and launched a disability fitness program.
With a focus on adaptive physical fitness, James is committed to helping others increase their capabilities and lead a healthier, more independent life.
His passion is evident in every online and in-person session.
